At our interactive wine tasting, it’s not just about simply tasting wines. It’s about listening, thinking along, and working together. Perfect for groups such as friends, clubs, or companies who want to experience wine in a different way and strengthen team spirit. How it works: You form teams and everyone gets a glass. We pour the wines one after another. Beforehand, we explain all the wines together – style, origin, aging, character. Without names. Without order. Then it’s your turn: Which wine was which? Where was oak involved, where only stainless steel? Which one is salty-mineral, which more fruity, which has more punch? Discussion is explicitly encouraged. Wrong answers too. In between, there are small hints and questions about the Eisack Valley, viticulture, and us. In the end, we resolve everything together – including plenty of “aha” moments. The result: A tasting that brings people together. Relaxed, lively, and – unlike our wines – definitely not dry. Group size: minimum 10 people Wines: 3 to 5 (decided together on site) Duration: approx. 1.5–2 hours Tasting of five or seven wines. Upon request, we also offer a guided tour through the vineyards and the historic walls of our winery beforehand. After the tasting, we are happy to serve local, cold specialties. The tour and food can be optionally added in the next step.
