Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the European Union as well as to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Andorra. Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries outside these regions.

Shipping Costs

Italy:

We offer free shipping within Italy for orders over €350.00, otherwise, we charge a shipping fee depending on the order weight, ranging from €12.90 to €66.10.

Zone 1:

For the following countries, we offer free shipping for orders over €350.00, otherwise, we charge a shipping fee depending on the order weight, ranging from €17.90 to €250.
Germany, Austria

Zone 2:

For the following countries, we offer free shipping for orders over €400.00, otherwise, we charge a shipping fee depending on the order weight, ranging from €29.90 to €270.
Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary

Zone 3:

For the following countries, we offer free shipping for orders over €400.00, otherwise, we charge a shipping fee depending on the order weight, ranging from €34.90 to €310.
Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Romania

Zone 4:

For the following countries, we offer free shipping for orders over €400.00, otherwise, we charge a shipping fee depending on the order weight, ranging from €27 to €240.
France

Zone 5:

For the following countries, we offer free shipping for orders over €400.00, otherwise, we charge a shipping fee depending on the order weight, ranging from €31 to €330.
Spain, Croatia

Zone 6:

For the following countries, we offer free shipping for orders over €400.00, otherwise, we charge a shipping fee depending on the order weight, ranging from €64.90 to €395. Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra

Zone 7:

For the following countries, we offer free shipping for orders over €400.00, otherwise, we charge a shipping fee depending on the order weight, ranging from €38.90 to €340.
Bulgaria

Delivery Times

Depending on the destination country, the delivery time is typically 7 to 21 business days after payment. There may be delays during holidays or peak times.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect the goods upon delivery. If there are any damages to the packaging or products, please contact us immediately at info@oberfurner.com or by phone at +39 351 450 5710.

Right of return

A right of cancellation only applies to unopened and undamaged bottles that are in their original condition. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please fill out the following form to submit your cancellation request.

Pack the products carefully in the original packaging to avoid damage during transport.

As soon as we have received and checked your request, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping costs. Processing can take up to 14 days.
